We are currently recruiting experienced professionals from the Supply Chain, Finance and IT industries to cross-train as Microsoft Functional Consultants and subsequently place at our client, a global consultancy firm and one of the world’s leading Microsoft Dynamics partners, specialising in the provision of enterprise solutions. The diverse range of consultants working at this rapidly expanding organization work with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology to configure, tailor and implement client solutions.

The Opportunity

Over 8 weeks, You are provided you with the initial training you’ll need to get you up to speed with the Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Plus, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Microsoft training provider, we’ll provide you with a tailored learning and development plan and a personal career development coach, to help you become the best at what you do.

Once you’re trained and certified, you’ll work as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Functional Consultant.

Your role could include:

• Business process mapping
• Requirements gathering
• Creating documentation and functional designs
• Systems analysis
• Stakeholder management

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for experienced professionals with a background in any economic role such as a Financial Controller, Financial Assistant, Supply Chain Analyst, Warehouse Supervisor

Or a professional experience within areas such as IT and manufacturing, IT and logistics, IT and interested in cross-training in Microsoft Dynamics and working as consultants for our clients permanently in Belgium.

To apply for this job, you’ll need to have worked in one or more of the following:

• Designing solutions that solve business problems
• Implementing systems OR loyalty schemes/sales initiatives etc within ERP systems, including creation of documentation
• Project Management
• Business process mapping, functional requirement gathering

You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and dedicated to learning your new skillset.
